Cabinet Signs: Kosene & Kosene

This is a unique property, in that the owner wanted to set up a uniform system of sign cabinets that would be able to identify the tenant's businesses. Unlike most cabinet signs that mount flush to a wall, these signs mount between columns under an overhang. Furthermore, all of the signs are the same color with routed faces backed up with ivory plexiglass. As the tenants come and go, only the faces have to be changed.

In this situation, the owner was able to keep individual tenant signage expenses consistent while maintaining the architectural integrity of the building.
